Deák Palace - House of European Union
The building opened in 2004 in Deák Ferenc street is a realisation of a daring dream: the revival of the 100-year before atmosphere in today’s Budapest. Among other tenants of the building which was awarded at the 2005 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence contest with the special prize of the Hungarian Real Estate Federation, the representatives of the European Union can be found. Since 2005, Deák Palace is acknowledged in Brussels as the House of European Union.

Fashion Street the street of elegance
As in the centres of London, Paris, Milan, and Vienna in the early-twentieth-century, internationally-famous fashion retailers found their place in the ambiance of Budapest’s UNESCO-protected Old Town. Fashion Street combines the old and the new, and offers visitors an uniquely elegant environment. The city’s centre of fashion is brought to life in Deák Ferenc Street along the lines of London’s Regent’s Street or Milan’s Via Montenapoleone: the Fashion Street, with which Budapest reasserts itself as the capital city of Central Europe’s fashion culture.
